Fold-to-open card packs
Single-dose card packs with a semi-rigid backing and a flexible product reservoir. Folding opens the central line for dispensing food or cosmetic products.

Pack structure and opening
This format combines a thin semi-rigid backing with a flexible film reservoir. The sealed perimeter holds the two layers together.
The card folds across its centre. The opening line in the backing releases the product as pressure is applied to the reservoir. The opening mechanism is distinct from a peel-off cup lid or a break-tip ampoule.
Food and cosmetic applications
A packaging format is not tied to the product pictured on it. The same card format can be assessed for different food and cosmetic fillings.
Food
Honey, sauces and liquid food preparations are examples for technical assessment. Product flow, target portion and filling conditions guide the selection.
Cosmetics
Creams, lotions and serums can be evaluated for single-use or sample applications. Formula and packaging compatibility are assessed for each project.
Project parameters
Card dimensions, target fill quantity, film structure and print design are defined together. A reference image explains the format; the production specification follows the product assessment.
Share the proposed filling and intended use so that sample development and production planning can be scoped.

Questions about this format
Can the same card format hold different products?
Yes. Food and cosmetic fillings can be considered within the same format. Material selection, fill quantity and dispensing behaviour are assessed separately for each product.
Where does the product leave the card?
It is dispensed through the central opening in the folded backing. It does not require peeling a cup lid or breaking an ampoule tip.
